SA20 Cricket
The SA20 is the top domestic Twenty20 tournament played in South Africa. Beginning in 2023, the tournament currently contains six sides that battle across a round-robin format into playoffs. While the competition does not have the same name-recognition as the Indian Premier League or Big Bash, it has proved very popular in South Africa, and it will only get bigger with each edition of the competition.

Format & Schedule
The tournament is played in the T20 format, meaning each side will have a maximum of 20 overs to bat and 20 overs to bowl.
The six sides play a total of 10 matches in the group-stage with the top two moving into Qualifier 1. The sides that finish in third and fourth move into the Eliminator. The winner of Qualifier 1 moves straight into the final, with the loser taking on the winner of the Eliminator.
The winner of Qualifier 2 takes the last final spot, with the winners of Qualifier 1 and Qualifier 2 battling for the trophy.
