Women's Caribbean Premier League Cricket Schedule

The Women’s Caribbean Premier League (WCPL) is an annual women’s T20 tournament in the Caribbean, held by Cricket West Indies. 

The competition is played among just three teams alongside the Men’s Caribbean Premier League. The Women’s Caribbean Premier League is a relatively new tournament in the women’s cricket circuit. 

The history of the competition dates back to March of 2022, when West Indies’ cricket board announced plans to hold a women’s domestic tournament with international talent to complement the men’s Caribbean Premier League, which has run for over a decade. 

While the Women’s Caribbean Premier League is relatively new, there are a few ways to stream the tournament live depending on your location. The first method is via a live streaming bookmaker like Stake or bet365.

The format of the WCPL is a round robin followed by a single final. Each team plays four games in the group stage (every team faces the other two teams twice), with the top two teams advancing to a single final. 

Three teams participate in the WCPL: Barbados Royals, Guyana Amazon Warriors and Trinbago Knight Riders.

The competition is played in the Twenty20 format. The T20 game is the shortest of the three major formats and provides teams with a maximum of 20 overs to bat and 20 overs in the field. The object of the game for the batting side is to smash as many runs as possible, while the bowling side looks to keep the score down and take wickets.
