The West Indies Breakout League (WIBL) is a competition launched in 2025 by Cricket West Indies that looks to provide a platform for the best emerging talent in the game of cricket.

The WIBL features teams representing the six territorial boards of Cricket West Indies:

- Leeward Islands Thunder
- Trinidad & Tobago Legions
- Windward Islands Infernos
Each team is closely affiliated with a CPL franchise, which means young players are exposed to professional setups that may ultimately lead them into a higher level of cricket. Strict eligibility criteria ensures a focus on emerging talents as players must be under 30 years old at the start of the tournament and have played fewer than 40 List A T20 matches and fewer than 10 international T20 matches.
