The format of the competition will see teams battling in the T20 game. A T20 is the shortest of the three major formats and provides teams with just 20 overs (120 deliveries) to bat and 20 overs in the field.
The tournament itself will see the eight teams split into two groups made up of four sides each. The top two sides from each group will head into the semi-finals, with the winners of the semi-finals meeting in a winner-takes-all final.
