Women's T20 Blast Schedule
The premier Twenty20 competition in the Women's game in England and Wales has been given a major rework. Formerly known as the Charlotte Edwards Cup up until 2025, the Women's T20 Blast sees the top sides in the English game come together to battle in the shortest and most exciting format of the game.
With a total of eight sides battling across League One of the competition, you can find some of the biggest names in women's cricket taking to the field in the shortest format.

Teams & Format
The Women's T20 Blast, also known as the Women's Vitality Blast, is the top level of domestic women's T20 cricket in England and Wales. It is the direct equivalent of the Men's T20 Blast.
The format of the competition sees 18 teams split into two leagues. In League One there are eight teams which include:
- Essex Eagles
- Hampshire Hawks
- Birmingham Bears
- The Blaze
- Surrey
- Lancashire Thunder
- Durham
- Somerset
League Two is split into the North Group and the South Group.
The sides in the North Group are:
- Yorkshire Vikings
- Northants Steelbacks
- Worcestershire Rapids
- Leicestershire Foxes
- Derbyshire Falcons
The sides in the South Group Are:
- Middlesex
- Sussex Sharks
- Kent Spitfires
- Glamorgan
- Gloucestershire
The competition sees the eight sides in League One given Tier One status, with Glamorgan and Yorkshire Vikings due to be given Tier One status in 2027. Another two clubs will be given Tier One status by 2029.
The top two teams from each group will progress to Finals Day.
History & Winners
2025 was the first iteration of the competition and saw Surrey scoop the title. They will go down as the first ever winners of the trophy, with each side now desperate to add their own names to the history books.
