    Teams & Format

The ICC Cricket World Cup League Two serves as the second tier in the World Cup qualification pathway, below the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup Super League. It replaced the ICC World Cricket League Championship and ICC World Cricket League Division Two in the qualification structure.

The current edition features eight teams: the United States, Canada, Netherlands, Oman, Scotland, Namibia, Nepal and the United Arab Emirates. These teams compete in a series of home and away matches, with each nation hosting three series and playing six series away from home. The ICC Cricket World Cup League Two is a relatively new tournament, with the 2024–2026 edition being only the second cycle. The inaugural 2019–2023 edition featured seven teams, with Scotland emerging as the defending champions. The structure of the tournament has evolved to include eight teams in the current cycle, reflecting the growth and development of Associate cricket nations.
The ICC Cricket World Cup League Two is a competition that will see a range of so called minnows looking to prove their quality and skill on the big stage.

Key betting markets for the tournament will include the following:

    • Competition Winner: The entire competition is based on providing sides with the opportunity to battle for a place at the Cricket World Cup. With so much focus on what the winner will receive, much of the betting focus will revolve around which side will triumph across the competition.
    • Top Batter: Betting on the top run scorer or top batter has become a main stay in cricket betting. The bat seems to have garnered an advantage of the ball in recent years in the shorter formats. With smaller boundaries and players that can hit 360 degrees, wagering on which player will top score has become one of the most popular ways to bet on cricket.
